Road Map Reformasi Birokrasi ANRI

ROADMAP FOR ADMINISTRATIVE REFORM

Bureaucratic reform is a systematic and comprehensive effort undertaken by the government to achieve clean, effective, efficient, transparent and service-oriented governance. This programme is not only aimed at improving organisational structures and working procedures, but also at fostering a bureaucratic culture that is results-oriented, accountable and focused on public satisfaction. As a guideline, the Ministry of State Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB) has issued Ministerial Regulation No. 25 of 2020 on the 2020–2024 Bureaucratic Reform Roadmap and Ministerial Circular No. 6 of 2025 on the 2025–2029 Bureaucratic Reform Roadmap as national policy directions. This Road Map serves as the basis for every government agency, including the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia (ANRI), to formulate strategies, programmes, and activities aligned with the national objective of achieving a World-Class Bureaucracy by 2045. Through this Road Map, the implementation of Bureaucratic Reform is directed to be more focused, measurable, and to have a tangible impact on improving the quality of public services, strengthening accountability, and increasing public trust in the government bureaucracy.
